MCAS – My Child at School

From September we will be moving our cashless payment system from Parent Pay to a new system called MCAS or ‘My Child at School’.

This will be used for students making purchases in the canteen, as well as making purchases for items such as trips or revisions guides.

We will be sharing more details across the next few weeks about the roll out including how to sign up for an account. As part of the process, it is important that your email address is up to date. Aside from the shop and dinner money balance, MCAS also has other functionality that we hope to roll out in the future including ability to see timetable, upcoming exams and more.

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is committed to keeping our students safe, both in school and the wider community. As part of our safeguarding arrangements, we have a two-way information sharing agreement in place with the local police authority. The agreement is compliant with Crime & Disorder Act 1998 (s.115) and Data Protection Act 1998(s.29.3; s.35.2.), and focuses on preventing young people from becoming involved or further involved in crime and anti-social behaviour as a victim or offender.
